Steps

Choose Beef Amount and Butcher

You will be contacted with specific dates

Once you have submitted your "buy now" form, we will contact you with the specific date given to us by your chosen butcher around the time you specified, or as close as we can.

You will have two payments: 1) for the hanging weight to JD Cant (Hibberd's Hornless Herefords) and 2) for cut and wrap (your chosen butcher).

Hanging Weight

Pay for Hanging Weight

The Hanging weight of the animal is paid to JD Cant. This weight is identified once the animal is butchered. You will be notified from JD Cant and he will let you know how much your animal's hanging weight was and how much you will pay.

Cut and Wrap

Pay for Processing Fees

You will make decisions, with your butcher, about the cuts you want. You will pay your butcher for the cut and wrap, and kill fee.  This is separate from the hanging weight fee. You will come and pick up your beef in bags from the butcher and home to enjoy!
